Thea Marshall has been a member of SAH almost eight years, and has served as Vice-President and President.
A silver-certified Toastmaster and award-winning artist, she has generated publicity in diverse media—Denver Magazine, the Frederick News-Post, the Seattle Times, ThinkTech Hawaii, WBAL, and more.
Thea has designed and developed educational programs, exhibits, products, and presentations for the Smithsonian, FAO Schwarz, Neiman Marcus, Harvard, National Science Foundation, SONY, Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, and many other organizations.
She has served on Boards in Chicago, Seattle, and Honolulu, including as Public Relations Director for the Battle of the Bulge Association, an international organization dedicated to honoring the veterans of WWII and preserving their legacy.
She grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Camp David, Maryland, then lived in numerous states including OR, TX, MA, FL, VT, WA, and IL. She now happily calls Hawaii home!
