
Alice Inoue
Dr. Williams holds an Associate of Nursing Degree from Norfolk State University, Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Howard University, and a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Hawaii. Dr. Williams is very active in the community, facilitating a Toastmasters Group at the Women’s Prison, President of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Hawaii Affiliate and President of the University of Hawaii Public Health Alumni. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Hawaii, School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene.
Serving 23 years in the military as an Army Nurse and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Williams understands the new challenges facing organizations and people from all walks of life. She is a trained facilitator and conducts strategic planning sessions for all types of organizations. Acknowledging that every organization is unique, she has customized each planning session to meet the organization’s needs.
